Prepare the subfloor and flooring edge so they are clean, dry, stable and fully bonded. Cut the profile to length, position the ramp edge flush to the floorcovering, then secure it with a suitable contact adhesive. Check the trim lies flat and evenly supported along the complete run.
Quantum QFT600 is a flexible PVC ramp trim designed for resilient floorcoverings up to 6mm thick. It forms a tapered transition from the finished floor level to the adjoining surface, providing a tidier edge detail where the floorcovering stops.
The 38mm-wide profile is supplied in a 2m length and is suitable for internal installations. It offers a practical way to finish exposed flooring edges while creating a smoother change in height between surfaces.
Quantum QFT600 is a flexible PVC ramp trim for internal resilient-floor installations. It is supplied in 2m lengths and is designed to provide a smooth transition to floorcoverings up to 6mm thick.
Check the finished flooring height before installation to ensure the selected profile is suitable. The subfloor must be dry, level, clean and structurally sound, with no dust, grease or loose material in the bonding area.
Measure and cut the trim accurately, then dry-fit it to confirm full contact with the floor and an even ramped transition. Fix it using a compatible contact adhesive, observing the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions for coverage and open time.
Press the profile firmly along its full length without stretching or twisting it. Keep the installation free from traffic until the adhesive has cured as specified.

Maintain the Quantum QFT600 Flexible Ramp Trim as part of the routine cleaning of the finished floor. Use a soft mop or cloth with a mild cleaner suitable for PVC and the adjoining resilient flooring.
Do not use abrasive pads, strong solvents or sharp implements, as these can damage the ramp face or affect the floor edge. Clear dirt from both sides of the profile during cleaning so the transition remains even and presentable.
Inspect the trim periodically for wear, lifting or impact damage, particularly in regularly used access routes.

CFS Magnum Entrance Matting in Grey is a versatile option for busy indoor entrances, corridors and reception spaces. Its neutral grey tone gives the area a clean, understated appearance and works easily alongside most flooring colours, wall finishes and interior styles.
Made from 100% polypropylene, the structured fibre-bonded surface has a ribbed finish that is well suited to everyday entrance traffic. It helps deal with the loose dirt and light moisture carried in on footwear, while the impervious gel backing provides a stable base once installed.
The 2 metre-wide sheet format is ideal for larger spaces that need a continuous matting surface rather than individual tiles. CFS Magnum Grey is easy to maintain and provides a practical, smart-looking finish at the point where foot traffic begins.
Allow the 2m-wide CFS Magnum sheet to adjust to the room conditions before installation. The subfloor must be clean, dry, smooth, level and stable. Remove old adhesives, contaminants and loose debris, and repair any defects that could affect the appearance or long-term bond.
Confirm the Grey 2954 material is correct and undamaged before beginning. Plan the position of the sheet, check measurements and make accurate cuts around the room perimeter, doors and fixed features. Ensure the matting is laid flat without tension before it is bonded.
Use a suitable adhesive system for gel-backed entrance matting and the prepared subfloor. Apply the product evenly, comply with the adhesive manufacturer’s stated timing and roll the sheet after laying to secure it fully and prevent bubbles or ripples.
Finish transitions with appropriate trim profiles and prevent heavy use until the adhesive has reached full cure.

Remove loose dirt from CFS Magnum Entrance Matting in Grey with regular vacuuming. Pay close attention to the doorway and main walking line, as keeping grit out of the fibre-bonded surface helps the matting continue to protect adjacent floor finishes.
