ARDITEX NA is a rapid-setting latex levelling compound designed for difficult and mixed subfloors. It is supplied as a bag of powder with a bottle of latex liquid, so there is no need to add water or measure separate materials on site.
This product is especially useful for refurbishment work, where the existing subfloor may have old adhesive residue, bitumen, ceramic tiles, plywood or other surfaces that would normally need a lot of preparation. In many cases, ARDITEX NA can be applied directly to a properly prepared surface without priming, saving time before the new floor is fitted.
It is moisture tolerant and can be used on damp concrete, provided there is no standing water on the surface. It can also be used beneath compatible ARDEX damp-proof membranes, making it a practical option where moisture is a concern.
ARDITEX NA can be walked on after around two hours. Ceramic tiles can be installed after approximately three hours, while most other floor coverings can be fitted after around four hours. It is suitable for application from a feather edge up to 12mm in one layer, with thicker applications possible when ARDEX Coarse Aggregate is added.
The subfloor must be clean, sound and free from contamination before use. ARDITEX NA is suitable without primer on many surfaces, but calcium sulphate-based subfloors must be primed first. Always follow the ARDEX technical instructions for the specific surface and floor covering being installed.
One publishing note: ARDEX’s current official page lists the latex bottle as 4.95kg, while your product title states 4.85kg. Please confirm the pack label you stock and use that exact weight consistently across the product title and specifications.
