UltraFloor Level IT Super Flex 30 is a rapid-setting, fibre-reinforced smoothing compound for floors where flexibility is important. Supplied as a 20kg powder bag and 5L polymer liquid bottle, it creates a two-part system designed to accommodate movement in suitable substrates while producing a smooth, durable finish.
It is particularly useful over flooring-grade plywood, rigid steel and other prepared subfloors where a conventional rigid leveller may not be the right choice. With foot traffic possible after around 30 minutes and bonded floor coverings after approximately one hour, it is well suited to fast-moving installation programmes.
Prepare the subfloor so it is sound, clean and stable before application. Mix the complete bag and bottle in accordance with UltraFloor’s instructions, then apply within the short working time. This product is not intended for pre-smoothing before a surface damp-proof membrane or moisture-vapour suppressant; check the technical data for substrate and moisture-control requirements.
