UltraFloor Level IT Super30 is a rapid-setting, two-part smoothing underlayment for internal flooring projects where downtime needs to be kept to a minimum. Supplied as a 20kg powder bag with a 4L polymer liquid bottle, it produces a high-strength levelling layer before the final floor finish is fitted.
The fast-curing formulation allows light foot traffic after approximately 30 minutes. At a 3mm application depth, unbonded floor coverings can be installed after around 45 minutes and bonded finishes after approximately 90 minutes, making it a useful choice for fast-track refurbishment and fit-out work.
Make sure the subfloor is sound, dry, clean and free from loose material before application. Prime the substrate where required by the technical guidance, then mix the complete bag and bottle as directed. Apply promptly within the short working time and allow the appropriate curing period before fitting the chosen floor covering.
