Fit SO100 onto a clean, dry and sound wall surface after the flooring has been installed. Use a suitable adhesive and ensure the profile sits flush to the floor to achieve a tidy, durable wall-to-floor finish.
Gradus SO100 is a flexible PVC sit-on skirting that gives hard and resilient floor finishes a clean, finished edge at the wall. It is installed over the completed floorcovering, making it a practical choice when a neat skirting detail is needed without creating a fully welded set-in system.
At 100 mm high, it provides a substantial, smart-looking finish for busy interiors. The colour runs through the PVC profile, helping it retain a consistent appearance in day-to-day use and making ongoing maintenance straightforward.
SO100 is well suited to commercial corridors, schools, healthcare areas and other high-use spaces. It is available in 17 standard colours, allowing the skirting to coordinate with the floor and wider interior scheme.
Gradus SO100 is a 100mm-high flexible PVC sit-on skirting for internal resilient-floor installations. It is fitted after the floorcovering and sits over the floor edge, providing a practical skirting and coving detail for areas such as schools, healthcare settings and corridors.
Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, smooth and sound before installation. The floorcovering should be fully installed, properly bonded and free from dust or contamination along the perimeter. Measure each wall run carefully and cut the 2m lengths to suit corners, returns and junctions.
Dry-fit the skirting first to check alignment and plan the corner treatment. Apply an adhesive compatible with the PVC profile, wall substrate and resilient floorcovering, then press the skirting firmly into position, ensuring the 19mm foot lies flat and evenly over the finished floor.
Keep joins neat and maintain a straight, continuous line around the room. Allow the adhesive to cure fully before carrying out cleaning or placing the area back into service.

Keep the SO100 sit-on skirting clean as part of the normal resilient-floor maintenance programme. Wipe or mop the profile with a neutral cleaner, paying attention to the lower edge where dust and cleaning residue can collect.
The PVC is through-coloured, helping it retain a consistent appearance in everyday use. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh solvents and strong alkaline cleaners. Check the skirting and its 19mm foot periodically to ensure it remains securely fixed and sits neatly against the floor.
