Prepare the subfloor so it is dry, smooth, sound and free from dust, grease and loose debris. Spread the adhesive evenly with a suitable trowel, then fit the flooring within the working time. Press or roll the covering thoroughly to achieve full contact, following the flooring manufacturer’s fitting instructions.
STYCCOBOND F44 is a solvent-free acrylic adhesive for fitting compatible vinyl floor coverings. It delivers strong initial grab and a durable bond, making it useful for smaller areas, local repairs and detailed flooring work.
The 1-litre pack offers a convenient amount for projects that do not require a full-sized adhesive tub. Its extended open time supports careful positioning of vinyl, rubber and selected textile-backed floor coverings.
STYCCOBOND F44 1L is a solvent-free vinyl flooring adhesive with strong initial tack and high bond strength. It is suitable for compatible vinyl sheet and tile flooring, rubber floorcoverings, and selected textile finishes with PVC or polyurethane-foam backings.
The subfloor should be dry, smooth, sound and clean. Remove dust, grease, loose material and any contamination that could affect adhesion. Where necessary, use a compatible smoothing compound to achieve the required finish before applying adhesive.
Apply the adhesive evenly with a 1.5mm x 5mm notched trowel. Fit the floorcovering within the available open time, pressing or rolling it into the adhesive to ensure firm contact and remove trapped air.
At 20°C, STYCCOBOND F44 offers an open time of up to 60 minutes, depending on temperature, humidity and subfloor absorbency. Typical coverage is approximately 4m² per litre with the recommended trowel.

Clean any uncured STYCCOBOND F44 from tools and surrounding finishes promptly. Once the flooring has been laid, avoid heavy traffic, moving furniture or wet cleaning until the adhesive has had sufficient time to bond.
Maintain the completed floor in accordance with the floorcovering manufacturer’s recommendations. Use suitable cleaners for the surface and take care not to flood seams, joints or perimeter edges during cleaning.
