Quantum Q75 SO is a flexible PVC sit-on skirting for finishing the edge where a resilient floorcovering meets the wall. At 75mm high, it offers a practical, more compact skirting detail while helping hide the perimeter joint and protect the lower wall from everyday scuffs.
Installed over the finished floorcovering, this 2m profile provides a straightforward solution for internal vinyl and lino installations. Its flexible construction supports a neat finish along wall runs and around gentle changes in direction.
Quantum Q75 SO is a flexible 75mm PVC sit-on skirting supplied in 2m lengths. It is designed to sit on top of compatible resilient flooring and conceal the junction between the wall and floor.
Prepare the wall and floor so they are clean, dry, smooth and free from dust, grease or loose material. Measure and cut the skirting accurately, planning the required corner and end details before fitting.
Apply a compatible contact adhesive in accordance with the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions. Press the profile firmly into position, ensuring the upper edge is straight and the base sits neatly against the finished floorcovering without gaps or tension.
Protect the skirting from disturbance until the adhesive has cured.

Quantum Q75 SO Sit-On Skirting needs only routine cleaning alongside the finished floor and wall. Use a soft cloth or mop with a mild cleaner compatible with PVC and the installed floorcovering.
Avoid abrasive pads, strong solvents and sharp tools that can scratch the profile. Inspect the skirting regularly for scuffs, loose sections or damage at corners and repair any issues promptly.
Keeping the lower edge clear of dirt supports a neat, easy-clean perimeter finish.
