Fit Vanguard Eminence over a suitable carpet underlay with gripper around the perimeter of the room. Before installation, make sure the subfloor is dry, clean, smooth and firmly secured. Leave the carpet in the installation room to acclimatise before fitting for the best finished appearance.
Vanguard Eminence is a cut-pile carpet designed to give busy homes a comfortable, well-finished floor without adding unnecessary complexity. The 10mm polypropylene pile creates a soft surface underfoot, while the wide colour range makes it easy to coordinate with both neutral and more characterful interiors.
Rated Class 23 for heavy domestic use, Eminence has the practical specification needed for frequently used rooms. Its secondary backing, 12mm overall thickness and 1150g/m² pile weight create a reliable foundation for living areas, bedrooms, halls and stairs.
Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, sound and suitably prepared before installation, and use a suitable quality carpet underlay to provide additional comfort, support and protection. Vanguard Eminence has a secondary backing and is available in 4m and 5m widths. It should be installed by a competent carpet fitter using suitable gripper rods, stretching and joining techniques to achieve a secure, smooth and wrinkle-free finish. The carpet has a 10mm pile height, 12mm total thickness and is classified as Class 23 Heavy Domestic. Always follow the latest manufacturer’s fitting recommendations and ensure the carpet is installed and maintained in accordance with the warranty requirements.
