Install CFS Stockade Dark Blue onto a clean, dry and level subfloor with a suitable adhesive. Consider the direction of the linear design before cutting to ensure a consistent finish. Regular vacuuming will help clear loose debris and keep the entrance area looking tidy.
CFS Stockade Entrance Matting in Dark Blue is a durable entrance solution with a strong, professional colour finish. The rich blue tone works particularly well in offices, education settings, leisure facilities and hospitality interiors where the entrance needs to feel practical but not plain.
The matting is made from 100% polypropylene with a structured linear fibre-bonded surface. Designed for heavy commercial use, it provides a hard-wearing layer at doorways and access points, while the gel rubber backing helps keep the sheet stable once fitted.
Supplied in a 2 metre-wide roll, Stockade Dark Blue creates a continuous finish across larger lobbies and reception areas. Its commercial rating and practical construction make it a reliable choice for spaces that receive regular daily traffic.
Before installation, allow the Dark Blue 3802 matting to acclimatise in the fitting area. The subfloor must be dry, clean, smooth, level and structurally secure. Remove grease, dust, paint, wax, old adhesive and loose material, then repair all surface imperfections before laying the sheet.
Check the 2m-wide material for correct size, colour and condition before cutting. Plan the layout carefully, allowing for clean cuts around walls, door frames and fixed items. Keep the sheet flat and unstretched when positioning it.
Bond the gel-backed entrance matting with an adhesive that is compatible with both the backing and prepared subfloor. Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s requirements for application rate and timing, then roll the sheet after laying to achieve full contact and prevent trapped air.
Finish exposed edges with appropriate trims and keep the completed entrance clear of heavy traffic until the adhesive has cured completely.

Vacuum CFS Stockade Entrance Matting in Dark Blue regularly to lift out dry grit, dust and debris collected at the entrance. Increase the cleaning frequency in wet weather or high-footfall locations to help keep the matting effective and adjoining floors cleaner.
Treat spills immediately by blotting with a clean, absorbent cloth. Use a cleaning product suitable for polypropylene entrance matting if required, applied according to its instructions. Avoid abrasive pads, powerful solvents, bleach and excessive water.
Arrange occasional deep cleaning where dirt becomes compacted into the fibre. Inspect edges, thresholds and transition points during routine maintenance so any lifting or damage can be corrected early.
