Allow the Grey 2531 CFS Plaza sheet to acclimatise in the installation area before fitting. Prepare the 2m-wide subfloor so it is dry, smooth, clean and structurally sound. Remove dust, grease, paint, wax, loose material and old adhesive residues, and repair any uneven areas in advance.
Inspect the sheet carefully for correct colour, size and condition. Plan its position before cutting, ensuring accurate trimming at door frames, walls and other fixed features. The material should lie flat and relaxed, not be stretched into place.
Use an adhesive compatible with gel-backed entrance matting, the prepared subfloor and the expected traffic level. Spread it evenly, observe the adhesive manufacturer’s working and curing times, then lay the sheet accurately and roll it as recommended to secure a complete, even bond.
Finish exposed edges with appropriate flooring profiles and keep the area free from heavy traffic until the adhesive has cured fully.
