Prepare the subfloor so it is structurally sound, smooth, dry and free from contaminants before application. Follow the flooring manufacturer’s conductive-installation requirements and use the recommended trowel notch to achieve the correct adhesive coverage.
STYCCOBOND F57 is a specialist conductive flooring adhesive for fitting compatible conductive and antistatic floor coverings. Its carbon fibre-filled formulation supports a reliable conductive installation while delivering the initial grab needed for controlled fitting.
Designed for professional internal flooring work, it is suitable for use over prepared smoothing compounds, concrete, sand/cement screeds and flooring-grade plywood. The 15L pack offers coverage of up to 60m² when applied with the recommended 2mm x 6mm trowel.
STYCCOBOND F57 15L is a solvent-free, carbon-fibre-filled acrylic adhesive designed for conductive flooring installations. It is suitable for compatible conductive or antistatic PVC floorcoverings and selected textile-backed finishes.
Prepare the substrate so it is smooth, dry, sound and free from dust, grease, loose material and contaminants. Compatible backgrounds include suitable STOPGAP smoothing compounds, concrete, sand/cement screeds and flooring-grade plywood. Follow the floorcovering manufacturer’s instructions for any required conductive-system components and continuity arrangement.
Spread the adhesive evenly using a 2mm x 6mm notched trowel. Fit the floorcovering within the open time, then roll it firmly to achieve consistent adhesive contact. Ensure the installation is completed in accordance with the relevant specification for conductive flooring.
At 20°C, STYCCOBOND F57 has an open time of up to 45 minutes. Coverage is approximately 4m² per litre, giving up to around 60m² per 15L unit.

Protect the installed conductive floor from traffic, equipment and wet cleaning until the adhesive bond has developed. Remove any uncured F57 from tools and nearby finishes promptly, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Thereafter, follow the maintenance procedure specified for the conductive or antistatic floorcovering. Take care not to damage seams, electrical continuity details or any associated earthing arrangement during cleaning, repairs or later alterations.
