Natura Reclaimed Solid Oak Flooring 180/18mm is a substantial real-wood floor with broad boards and a rustic reclaimed character. The medium oak shade, brushed surface and natural oil finish allow knots, grain and tonal variation to remain central to the design.
Made from solid oak, the 18mm boards are 180mm wide and supplied in mixed 500mm and 2200mm lengths. Micro-bevelled edges provide definition between boards, creating a traditional straight-plank floor with generous proportions.
Solid oak must acclimatise in the room before fitting. The subfloor must be dry, flat, clean and sound, with moisture levels checked by a competent installer. Do not install this product in wet areas or over underfloor heating.
Fit using the specified nailed or glued-down method and materials suitable for solid oak. Allow the correct expansion space at walls, pipes, thresholds and fixed fittings, and stagger boards to achieve a stable, natural-looking layout.
Use a professional installer where possible and follow the latest fitting requirements supplied for the flooring and adhesive or fixing system.

Remove dust and grit regularly with a soft brush or vacuum suitable for wood floors. Wipe spillages straight away and clean with a lightly damp mop and a cleaner formulated for oiled timber. Never flood the floor or use steam-cleaning equipment.
An oiled wood floor benefits from periodic maintenance with the appropriate oil or refresher, following the product instructions and testing in an inconspicuous area first. Use mats and felt furniture pads to minimise surface marking.
