The Family Floor Mojito is a medium-toned European oak floor with a balanced natural appearance. Brushed texture and a UV-lacquered finish give the prime-grade boards a tactile wood character, while the square edges keep the overall look simple and contemporary.
The 9mm boards have a 0.6mm oak veneer, birch plywood core and cork underlayer. Their 178mm x 1500mm format uses the 5G Fold Down click joint for floating-floor installations.
Let unopened packs acclimatise flat in the installation room. Check that the subfloor is clean, dry, level and structurally sound, and complete moisture assessment before fitting.
Fit as a floating floor with the 5G Fold Down click system. Keep a continuous expansion allowance at all walls, door frames, pipes and fixed units, and stagger the boards according to the fitting instructions.
This floor is suitable for compatible underfloor heating systems when the specified installation and operating guidance is followed.

Vacuum or sweep regularly with a suitable attachment to remove grit. Clean using a well-wrung microfibre mop and a lacquered-wood floor cleaner, and dry spills quickly. Do not use steam, standing water, abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners.
Use mats at entrances and pads under furniture legs. Lift furniture when moving it and maintain stable room conditions.
