The Family Floor Margarita is a light, prime-grade European oak floor with a crisp square-edge plank profile. Its brushed and UV-lacquered finish lends subtle texture while retaining a bright, clean look for contemporary and relaxed interiors.
The 9mm construction combines a 0.6mm oak veneer with a birch plywood core and cork underlayer. The 178mm x 1500mm boards use the 5G Fold Down click joint and are intended for floating installation.
Acclimatise unopened packs flat in the intended room before installation. The substrate must be dry, flat, clean and structurally sound, with any moisture risk addressed in advance.
Install as a floating floor using the 5G Fold Down click system. Follow the recommended direction and board staggering, and leave a continuous expansion allowance around walls, pipes, door frames and fixed furniture.
Confirm underfloor-heating compatibility for the whole system and follow the correct start-up and temperature controls.

Vacuum or sweep regularly using suitable hard-floor equipment. Clean with a wood-floor cleaner and a barely damp microfibre mop, wiping any spills without delay. Do not steam clean or use abrasive, bleach-based or excessively wet cleaning methods.
Use door mats to trap grit and felt pads under chair and furniture legs. Maintain stable indoor temperature and humidity for the best long-term performance.
