The Family Floor White Lady is a light European oak floor designed for bright, airy interiors. A brushed UV-lacquered surface lets the prime-grade oak character show through, while the square-edge design gives the room a clean, uninterrupted plank appearance.
The 9mm boards pair a 0.6mm oak veneer with a birch plywood core and cork underlayer. At 178mm x 1500mm, they cover 4.005m² per pack and use a 5G Fold Down click system for floating installation.
Acclimatise sealed packs flat in the room where the floor will be installed. The base must be dry, clean, level and sound; assess moisture and correct any substrate issues before fitting.
Install this product as a floating floor using the 5G Fold Down click mechanism. Keep the boards separate from walls and fixed objects with the required expansion gap, and stagger joints in line with the fitting instructions.
Confirm the full assembly is suitable before fitting over underfloor heating, then follow the manufacturer’s heating cycle and maximum-temperature guidance.

Sweep or vacuum often to remove dirt that may scratch the lacquered surface. Use a slightly damp microfibre mop with a suitable wood-floor cleaner and wipe up spills promptly. Avoid steam cleaners, wet mopping and abrasive cleaning products.
Fit protective pads beneath furniture and use mats at entrances. Keep room conditions stable and avoid dragging furniture across the boards.
