The Raised Based Heavy Duty Silver doorbar provides a durable, neat way to finish a flooring transition at an internal threshold. Its raised-base profile is designed for applications where a stronger, more defined join is needed between neighbouring floor finishes.
The silver finish gives a clean, neutral appearance that works easily with chrome, stainless-steel and contemporary interior details. At 2.7m long, the profile is suitable for wide openings or can be cut down to provide several matching trims.
This 2.7m raised-base heavy-duty dual-edge profile is designed to form a strong, tidy threshold between adjoining floor finishes. Before fitting, confirm that it is suitable for the installed flooring types and the finished floor levels on both sides of the doorway.
Measure the opening accurately and cut the doorbar with a suitable metal-cutting tool. Dry-fit it centrally over the join, making sure the flooring edges sit neatly beneath the profile without being pinched.
The fixing area must be clean, dry and structurally sound. Secure the trim using the correct fixing method for the product and subfloor, ensuring it remains level and fully supported along the complete length.
