Provides a neat, consistent finish around external corners in coved resilient flooring systems, helping create a uniform corner detail.
Designed as a finishing accessory rather than a comfort layer, it supports a smooth and tidy floor-to-wall corner transition.
The pre-formed PVC corner reduces cutting and shaping on site and is fixed securely using contact adhesive.
Creates a clean, uniform corner detail that is easy to keep clean as part of the overall resilient flooring system.
Suitable for internal installations where coved resilient flooring is used, particularly around outward wall corners.
Covered by a 10-year warranty, subject to the applicable installation and application terms.

Fit onto clean, dry and properly prepared surfaces using a suitable contact adhesive. Ensure the mitre is correctly aligned with the cove former before installing the floorcovering, then follow the relevant flooring manufacturer’s installation instructions for cutting, finishing and sealing the detail.
Quantum CCFM2 is a ready-made external floormitre for resilient floorcoverings that continue up the wall using a cove former system. It neatly finishes outward wall corners, where cutting and shaping vinyl by hand can be difficult and time-consuming.
The PVC mitre provides a consistent corner detail that complements compatible Quantum cap and cove accessories. It is a practical choice for projects that need a smooth, easy-to-maintain wall-to-floor junction with a professional appearance.
Quantum CCFM2 is an external floormitre for resilient vinyl flooring. It is designed to create a uniform, supported finish where a cap-and-cove flooring system passes around an external floor corner.
Prepare the wall, floor and corner so they are clean, dry, sound and free from dust. Confirm the adjoining cove former and capping strip are compatible with the selected floorcovering before starting.
Dry-fit the external mitre with the surrounding profiles to check alignment. Bond it in position with a suitable contact adhesive, following the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions, and ensure it sits firmly without gaps or distortion.
Fit the vinyl flooring over the completed corner detail carefully, avoiding creases, tension or voids. Complete any required welding and finishing work in accordance with the chosen flooring system

Quantum CCFM2 is an external PVC floormitre that becomes part of a completed resilient-flooring cove system. Clean it together with the adjoining wall and floor using a soft cloth or mop and a mild, compatible cleaner.
Do not use abrasive pads, strong solvents or sharp scraping tools, as these can scratch the PVC or disturb the edge of the floorcovering. Include external corners in routine visual inspections and repair any impact damage or loss of bond promptly.
In hygiene-sensitive areas, keeping the corner junction intact helps maintain a smooth, easy-clean wall-to-floor transition.
