Install onto a clean, dry and level subfloor using a suitable carpet-tile adhesive. Check that all tiles are from the same production batch before fitting. Follow the directional arrows on the back of each tile to achieve the chosen layout, and fit the tiles neatly together without forcing the edges.
CFS Sigma Tile is a dependable commercial carpet tile with a close loop-pile finish that keeps spaces looking neat and professional. It is a practical choice for places that see regular foot traffic, from offices and schools to reception areas and shared corridors.
The tiles are made from 100% polypropylene and have a bitumen backing for stability. Their 50 cm x 50 cm format makes fitting straightforward and helps with future maintenance, as individual tiles can be replaced if a section becomes worn, damaged or stained.
Sigma is available in 13 contract colourways, giving you the freedom to create a subtle neutral floor or introduce stronger colour into the space. It can be installed in a uniform direction or in a chequerboard pattern, depending on the look you want to achieve.
Polyflor Camaro Loc Underlay is a 1.5mm folding-panel underlay made for compatible interlocking vinyl flooring. Its pressure-resistant foam structure, anti-slip surface and low water absorption help provide a stable base while reducing impact sound.
Prepare the subfloor so it is clean, dry, level and structurally sound. Remove all loose debris before laying the underlay, and address pronounced unevenness or defects in the subfloor rather than relying on the underlay to correct them.
Lay the panels neatly across the prepared floor, ensuring they sit flat and are closely butted without overlaps, gaps, creases or trapped debris. Follow the underlay layout guidance and install the Camaro Loc planks over it using the specified interlocking method; do not glue the underlay or floor unless the manufacturer’s instructions state otherwise.

Camaro Loc Underlay is installed beneath the finished interlocking floor and is not intended to be exposed after fitting. Keep unopened packs dry, flat and protected from dirt, moisture and damage before installation.
Once the floor has been fitted, care should follow the maintenance guidance for the compatible Camaro Loc flooring above it. Use entrance mats to limit grit, and use furniture pads or cups beneath heavy items to help reduce pressure marks on the completed floor system.
If flooring is lifted for repair or replacement, check the underlay for tears, crushed areas or contamination before reusing it. Replace any damaged sections to maintain a stable, even base.
