UltraFloor Level IT Hydra Bond is a semi-rapid, high-performance smoothing underlayment for preparing difficult internal subfloors before floor coverings are fitted. It is a single-part, water-mix product designed to level a broad range of common substrates, including prepared bitumen and suitable old adhesive residues.
Its moisture-tolerant, low-odour and protein-free formulation makes it a practical choice for refurbishment projects where full removal of existing residues may be difficult. With an extended working time and floor-covering installation possible after approximately four hours, it supports efficient preparation without sacrificing a smooth finish.
Prepare the subfloor so it is sound, clean and free from loose material before use. Check that any bitumen or adhesive residue is suitably prepared and securely bonded, then mix with clean water as directed. Always confirm primer requirements and substrate compatibility against the current technical data before installation.
