UltraFloor Level IT Renovate is a fibre-reinforced smoothing underlayment for refurbishing existing internal and external floors. It is designed for deeper applications than a standard finishing compound, helping to restore uneven or worn surfaces before a new floor finish is installed.
Suitable for use from 3mm to 40mm, it combines flexible properties with strong flow for easier application. It can also be used as a light-duty wearing surface where appropriate, making it a versatile choice for renovation work in both homes and commercial premises.
The substrate should be strong, stable, clean and free from loose material before application. Assess the required depth across the floor, and follow the manufacturer’s preparation and mixing guidance for the specific substrate and final floor finish. When used with underfloor heating, account for application depth to maintain effective heat transfer.
