Vanguard Sierra is a tidy cut-pile carpet designed for comfortable medium-use rooms. Its 5.5mm polypropylene pile and heavyweight felt backing provide a stable, compact floor finish that works well where a deep luxury pile is not required.
The range is rated Class 22 for medium domestic use and is available in a selection of versatile neutral shades. Sierra also provides 26dB impact-sound reduction, helping to create a quieter feel underfoot in bedrooms, dining rooms and everyday living areas.
Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, sound, smooth and suitably prepared before installation. Vanguard Sierra has a heavy felt backing and is available in 4m and 5m widths, with an approximately 5.5mm pile height and 8.5mm total thickness. It should be accurately measured, cut and installed by a competent carpet fitter using an appropriate fitting method for felt-backed carpet. Where required, it can be installed directly onto a suitable prepared subfloor using a compatible carpet adhesive, subject to the adhesive manufacturer’s recommendations. Always ensure the carpet is laid flat and securely fixed without creases or excessive tension, and follow the latest manufacturer’s fitting guidance to maintain the product warranty.

Treat spills and stains promptly using a suitable carpet cleaning product and follow the product manufacturer’s instructions.
