Vanguard Cushi-Tex Concrete Grey is a 2m-wide felt-backed cushion vinyl with a contemporary concrete-effect design. Its soft grey tone gives kitchens, bathrooms and utility spaces a clean, modern foundation, pairing easily with white, black, wood and neutral interior finishes.
The 2.5mm cushioned construction gives the floor a more comfortable feel than a standard thin vinyl sheet, while the felt backing helps it sit neatly over suitable subfloors with minor imperfections. With Class 22 medium-domestic performance, this is a practical choice for everyday rooms and value-focused home updates.
Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, sound, smooth and suitably prepared before installation, removing dust, grease, loose material and other contaminants. The felt-backed vinyl should be accurately measured, cut and installed by a competent flooring professional using a suitable installation method and compatible adhesive where required. Ensure the flooring is laid flat without creases, trapped air or excessive tension, with seams and edges properly secured. Cushi-Tex is 2.5mm thick, supplied in a 2m width and has a 16dB impact-noise reduction, R10 slip resistance and Cfl-s1 fire rating. It is suitable for underfloor heating when installed in accordance with the relevant requirements. Always follow the latest manufacturer’s installation guidance before fitting.

Vanguard Cushi-Tex Vinyl – Concrete Grey is an easy-to-maintain, felt-backed cushion vinyl designed for general domestic use. Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dust and loose dirt, then clean with a lightly damp mop using a suitable vinyl floor cleaning product. Wipe up spills promptly and avoid abrasive cleaners, excessive water, steam cleaning or sharp objects that could damage the surface and 0.15mm wear layer. Use suitable protective pads beneath furniture and avoid dragging heavy items across the floor.
