Apply to a smooth, dry, sound subfloor that is free from dust, grease and loose material. Spread the adhesive evenly using the recommended trowel, fit the linoleum within the stated working time and roll it thoroughly to ensure full contact. Always follow the linoleum manufacturer’s fitting guidance.
STYCCOBOND F54 is a high-grab adhesive formulated specifically for fitting linoleum floor coverings. It provides strong early tack to help sheet and tile linoleum stay accurately positioned during installation.
The 15-litre pack is suitable for larger linoleum projects in commercial and residential spaces. Its solvent-free formulation and dependable bond make it a practical choice for prepared internal subfloors, including those with normal underfloor heating.
STYCCOBOND F54 15L is a solvent-free, high-grab adhesive developed for compatible linoleum sheet and tile floorcoverings. Its strong initial tack helps hold linoleum securely during installation.
Prepare the subfloor so it is smooth, dry, sound and free from dust, grease, loose material and contaminants. Compatible substrates include suitable smoothing compounds, concrete, sand/cement and calcium sulphate screeds, plywood, flooring-grade chipboard and hardboard. Check the required treatment for non-absorbent surfaces before proceeding.
Apply the adhesive evenly using a 2mm x 6mm or B1 notched trowel. Fit the linoleum within the open time, ensuring full adhesive transfer and rolling the floorcovering as required to remove trapped air and create a firm bond.
At 20°C, STYCCOBOND F54 has an open time of up to 30 minutes, depending on substrate temperature, humidity and absorbency. Coverage is approximately 3m² per litre, giving up to around 45m² per 15L unit.

Keep the newly installed linoleum protected from traffic, furniture movement and wet cleaning while the adhesive bond develops. Remove any uncured adhesive from tools and adjacent surfaces promptly, following the manufacturer’s guidance.
After installation, follow the linoleum manufacturer’s care instructions. Use appropriate cleaning products, remove spills promptly and avoid allowing excess water to reach seams, joints and perimeter edges.
