Polyflor Affinity 255 PUR is a glue-down luxury vinyl plank floorcovering. Store the packs flat in the installation area and allow the material, adhesive and subfloor to acclimatise before fitting.
The subfloor must be smooth, level, dry, clean and structurally sound. Repair surface imperfections and assess moisture levels before installation; where required, use a compatible moisture-control system and smoothing compound.
Plan the plank layout before spreading adhesive, allowing for a balanced appearance at walls and doorways. Apply a suitable adhesive in accordance with its instructions, lay the planks into the adhesive within the stated working time and roll the installation thoroughly to achieve a secure bond.

Affinity 255 PUR is designed for straightforward day-to-day upkeep. Remove dry soil regularly with a soft brush or vacuum using a suitable hard-floor attachment, as grit can gradually dull the surface in busy areas.
Clean with a damp mop and a recommended neutral floor cleaner, using only enough solution to lift dirt without leaving excess moisture behind. Wipe spills promptly and avoid abrasive pads, strong solvents or harsh alkaline cleaners.
Use effective entrance matting to reduce tracked-in dirt and fit protective pads beneath furniture where appropriate. Regular light cleaning will help preserve the floor’s appearance more effectively than infrequent intensive cleaning.
