Install Classic Mystique Tile onto a dry, smooth and properly prepared subfloor using the recommended adhesive. Plan the tile layout before fixing, particularly where colours are being used for zoning or feature areas, and follow Polyflor’s latest fitting and maintenance guidance.
Polyflor Classic Mystique Tile is a homogeneous vinyl tile floor for demanding commercial spaces. Its subtle, non-directional colour pattern provides a calm, practical finish that works well across large open areas, corridors and interiors where long-term performance is essential.
Unlike a conventional decorative LVT, Classic Mystique is homogeneous throughout its 2mm thickness. The tile format gives greater freedom to introduce colour zones, borders or simple design layouts while retaining the robust performance associated with the Classic Mystique PUR range.
The PUR-reinforced surface is designed for straightforward, polish-free maintenance, helping busy environments keep their floors looking presentable with a practical cleaning routine.
Polyflor Classic Mystique PUR tiles are 2mm homogeneous vinyl tiles, supplied in 300mm x 300mm and 608mm x 608mm formats. They should be installed using a suitable adhesive on a properly prepared subfloor.
Ensure the subfloor is dry, clean, level, smooth and structurally sound. Complete moisture testing and any required damp-proofing or smoothing work before installation, as subfloor imperfections may be visible through the finished tiles.
Acclimatise the tiles and adhesive in the installation area, then set out the floor to achieve balanced cuts around the perimeter. Apply the compatible adhesive in line with the manufacturer’s instructions, place the tiles within the working time and roll the floor in both directions to achieve a complete bond.
Keep the installation free from heavy traffic until the adhesive has cured.

Classic Mystique PUR tiles should be cleaned regularly to prevent dirt and grit from being worked into busy walkways. Dry mop, sweep or vacuum the floor frequently, with particular attention to entrances, corridors and areas around doorways.
Use a damp mop or appropriate mechanical cleaning equipment with a neutral cleaner suitable for resilient vinyl flooring. Deal with spills promptly and avoid abrasive cleaning pads, solvent-based products and harsh chemicals that may affect the PUR-reinforced finish.
Good entrance matting and a routine maintenance programme will help retain the appearance of the floor. Periodic deep cleaning can be carried out where required, following the cleaning-product manufacturer’s dilution and use instructions.
