CFS Impact LVT is a hard-wearing wood-effect vinyl plank floor designed for busy homes and demanding commercial interiors. Its substantial 0.55 mm wear layer gives the floor the strength needed for regular traffic, while the long plank format creates a clean, natural timber-style finish.
The range is available in six oak-inspired designs, from warmer traditional tones to lighter and more contemporary shades. Subtle variation between planks is part of the design, helping the finished floor look less repetitive across larger areas.
With a Class 34 very-heavy-commercial rating, CFS Impact is built for spaces where ordinary domestic LVT may not be enough. The 2.5 mm dry-back planks are fitted with adhesive onto a properly prepared subfloor, producing a secure, low-maintenance floor for long-term use.
Allow the planks to acclimatise in the room before installation. The subfloor must be dry, clean, smooth, level and structurally sound; remove contaminants, repair imperfections and investigate any moisture issues before fitting begins.
CFS Impact is a dryback plank LVT and should be fully bonded with an adhesive suitable for PVC LVT, the subfloor type and the site conditions. Apply the adhesive evenly, follow its specified open and working times, and roll the floor after laying to achieve a secure, consistent bond.
Check planks from several packs before and during fitting, blending them to distribute natural design variation. Plan the layout in advance, stagger end joints and avoid very narrow perimeter cuts where possible. Finish doorways and exposed edges with suitable transition profiles, then protect the floor from heavy traffic until the adhesive has cured.

Keep CFS Impact LVT free from loose grit by sweeping or vacuuming regularly with a hard-floor setting. Follow with a well-wrung damp mop and a neutral cleaner made for vinyl flooring; deal with spills promptly to prevent marks or residue building up.
Avoid abrasive scouring pads, steam mops, solvent-based cleaners and highly alkaline products, as these can dull the surface. Place entrance matting at external doors and use felt pads or suitable glides beneath furniture. Lift heavy items rather than dragging them across the floor.
For commercial settings, establish a cleaning routine that reflects the level of footfall. Regular removal of grit is especially important for maintaining the appearance of the 0.55mm wear layer.
