Internal Use
Designed for internal environments
Fit the profile after the floorcovering has been installed. Make sure the wall and floor are clean, dry and sound, cut the skirting accurately to length and secure it with a suitable contact adhesive. Check all joins and corners are aligned for a consistent finished appearance.
Quantum QZ100 SO is a flexible 100mm sit-on skirting profile for finishing the perimeter of resilient flooring. It fits over the finished edge of the floorcovering where it meets the wall, creating a tidy transition without the need for a set-in skirting system.
Made from PVC and supplied in a 2m length, this profile offers a practical wall-to-floor detail for internal commercial installations. Its flexible design makes it easy to fit along straight runs and around gentle wall variations.
The Quantum QZ100 SO is a flexible PVC sit-on skirting for internal resilient-floor installations. Supplied in 2m lengths, it is designed to sit over the finished floor edge and create a durable wall-to-floor perimeter detail.
The wall and floor must be clean, dry, smooth and sound before fitting. Measure each wall run carefully, accounting for corners, door frames and returns, then cut and dry-fit the skirting before adhesive is applied.
Use a compatible contact adhesive in accordance with the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions. Position the profile evenly along the floor edge and press it firmly into place, maintaining continuous contact with both wall and floor.
Do not stretch the flexible skirting during fitting, as this can lead to movement or gaps later. Leave the area undisturbed until the adhesive has developed its full bond.

Clean the Quantum QZ100 SO Flexible Sit-On Skirting as part of the regular cleaning routine for the adjacent floor and wall. Use a soft cloth or mop with a mild cleaner that is suitable for PVC.
Avoid abrasive pads, harsh solvents and sharp cleaning tools, which can mark the skirting face or damage the bonded edges. Wipe away dirt from the base of the profile and inspect periodically for impact damage, lifting or open joints.
