CFS Europa Loop Tile is a hard-wearing commercial carpet tile with a refined loop-pile surface. It brings a smarter, more comfortable look than a basic contract tile while retaining the practical performance needed in busy shared spaces.
Made from 100% solution-dyed nylon, Europa is designed to handle regular footfall in offices, education settings, retail areas and hospitality interiors. The loop-pile construction helps the surface stay neat, while the bitumen backing gives the tiles a stable base once fitted.
Europa is supplied in a classic 50 cm x 50 cm format and is available in a broad palette of neutral, blue, green and accent colours. Whether you are creating a calm, professional floor or adding some colour to a larger scheme, it offers plenty of design flexibility without compromising on durability.
Acclimatise the tiles in the installation area before fitting. The subfloor must be dry, clean, smooth and structurally sound, with cracks, high spots, loose material and contaminants corrected before installation begins.
Set out the installation from suitable datum lines to achieve balanced cuts around the room perimeter. Confirm the chosen direction before fitting and maintain it consistently across the floor for an even visual finish.
Use a carpet-tile tackifier or adhesive compatible with bitumen-backed tiles, the subfloor and anticipated traffic levels. Apply it evenly, allow the required tack time, then install the 500mm x 500mm tiles edge to edge without overlap, gaps or excessive force.
Cut border tiles carefully around walls, door frames, columns and service points. Finish exposed edges with suitable trim profiles and retain matching tiles for future maintenance.

Vacuum CFS Europa Loop Tile regularly to remove dry soil from the loop-pile surface. Increase cleaning frequency in entrances, corridors and busy shared areas, and use effective entrance matting to reduce grit being walked onto the floor.
Treat spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white cloth. Do not rub or over-wet the area. Use a cleaning product suitable for solution-dyed nylon carpet tiles and test it on a spare tile before full use.
Use a planned professional cleaning programme where required by traffic levels. Keep spare tiles from the same batch so any damaged or permanently marked sections can be replaced easily.
