Install onto a clean, dry and level subfloor using a suitable carpet-tile adhesive. Check that all tiles are from the same production batch before fitting. Follow the directional arrows on the back of each tile to achieve the chosen layout, and fit the tiles neatly together without forcing the edges.
CFS Signature Carpet Tiles are made for busy commercial interiors where the floor needs to stay smart, practical and dependable. Their low loop-pile surface gives a clean, uniform finish that suits offices particularly well, while the eight colour options make it easy to coordinate with a professional interior scheme.
Made from 100% solution-dyed polyamide, these tiles are designed for heavy commercial use. The bitumen backing keeps them stable once fitted, and the dense construction helps them cope with regular foot traffic, rolling office chairs and day-to-day activity.
CFS Signature is also anti-static and fire resistant, making it a well-rounded choice for workspaces and public-facing interiors. The modular 50 cm x 50 cm format makes fitting and ongoing maintenance straightforward, as individual tiles can be replaced when required.
Install CFS Signature Carpet Tiles indoors only on a dry, clean, smooth and structurally sound subfloor. Remove dust, grease, paint, loose material and previous adhesive residues, then repair any uneven or unstable areas. Prime porous or dusty surfaces where required before installation.
Check the tiles for matching batch numbers, colour, size and condition before fitting. Keep the room at a stable temperature of at least 18°C, remove the tiles from their outer packaging and let them acclimatise loose in the space for a minimum of 24 hours.
Set out the floor before applying adhesive to ensure straight lines and balanced perimeter cuts. Follow the arrows on the tile backing to maintain the chosen laying direction unless an alternative pattern has been agreed. Fit the 500mm x 500mm tiles snugly, without forcing edges together or creating gaps.
Use a carpet-tile adhesive or tackifier compatible with bitumen-backed tiles and the prepared subfloor. Apply adhesive across the complete floor area in accordance with its stated coverage and timing. In locations with heavy castor-chair use, wheeled traffic or intense wear, use a permanent adhesive where the installation system requires it.

Vacuum CFS Signature Carpet Tiles regularly to remove loose dirt before it settles into the loop pile. Give entrances, walkways and castor-chair zones extra attention, and use effective entrance matting to reduce the grit brought into the building.
Deal with spills quickly by blotting from the outer edge towards the centre with a clean white cloth. Avoid rubbing or soaking the tile. If further cleaning is needed, use a product suitable for solution-dyed polyamide carpet tiles and follow its instructions carefully.
Plan periodic deep cleaning in line with the level of traffic. Retain spare tiles from the original batch where possible, as this makes it practical to replace a localised stained or damaged tile.
