Natura Reclaimed Solid Oak Flooring 140/18mm brings the enduring look of solid oak to interiors in a more traditional 140mm board width. The medium rustic shade, brushed texture and oiled finish preserve the natural grain, knots and variation of the timber.
The boards are 18mm solid oak with micro-bevelled edges and mixed 500mm and 2200mm lengths. Tongue-and-groove jointing supports a nailed or glued-down installation in suitable dry internal areas.
Acclimatise solid oak in the intended room before installation. The subfloor must be dry, clean, level and structurally sound, with moisture conditions assessed by a competent installer. Do not fit this flooring over underfloor heating or in wet rooms.
Secure the boards by the specified nailed or glued-down method. Keep expansion gaps around the perimeter, door frames, pipes and fixed furniture, and stagger boards to distribute joints through the room.
Follow the current fitting guidance for solid wood flooring and the selected adhesive or fixing system.
