UltraFloor Level IT Pro30 is a rapid-setting, two-part smoothing underlayment for preparing a wide range of internal subfloors. Supplied with a 20kg powder bag and pre-measured 4.6L liquid bottle, it produces a free-flowing, highly polymerised mix for a smooth finish before the final floor covering is installed.
Designed for fast turnaround work, Pro30 can accept foot traffic in around 30 minutes, unbonded finishes after approximately 45 minutes and bonded floor coverings after around 90 minutes. Its high-tolerance formulation can be used over many prepared substrates, including suitable old adhesive residues and bitumen.
Ensure the subfloor is sound, clean and free from loose material before application. Check that any old residue or bitumen is securely bonded and properly prepared. Mix the complete bag and bottle as directed, apply within the stated working time and confirm any primer requirements for the specific substrate before fitting the final floor covering.
