Install CFS Plaza Beige on a clean, dry and level subfloor using a suitable adhesive. Confirm the preferred direction of the linear pattern before cutting and fitting. Vacuum regularly to remove loose debris and help the matting stay looking fresh.
CFS Plaza Entrance Matting in Beige 1153 offers a lighter, more welcoming finish for high-traffic interior entrances. Its structured linear surface brings subtle texture to the floor, while the warm neutral shade works well in spaces where a dark entrance matting colour would feel too heavy.
Made from 100% polypropylene, Plaza is a heavy contract fibre-bonded sheet designed for regularly used doorways, lobbies and reception areas. The impervious gel backing gives the matting a stable base once fitted, and the 2 metre-wide format creates a clean, continuous finish across larger spaces.
With a Class 33 heavy commercial rating, CFS Plaza Beige is built for demanding public-facing interiors. It is a practical option for keeping entrance areas looking polished while offering the durability required for everyday footfall.
Acclimatise the Beige 1153 CFS Plaza sheet in the installation room before fitting. The 2m-wide material requires a subfloor that is dry, clean, smooth, level and structurally sound. Remove dust, grease, paint, old adhesive and loose surface material, and make good any defects before installation.
Check the sheet for the correct colour, size and condition before cutting. Plan the layout to produce a clean fit at walls, doorways and fixed features, allowing the material to lie flat without tension or stretching.
Use an adhesive system compatible with gel-backed polypropylene entrance matting and the prepared subfloor. Apply it evenly, follow the adhesive manufacturer’s stated coverage and timing requirements, then lay and roll the sheet to achieve a uniform, secure bond without bubbles or ripples.
Use suitable finishing profiles where the matting meets other floors or terminates at an exposed edge. Keep heavy footfall and movable loads off the installation until the adhesive has cured fully.

Maintain CFS Plaza Entrance Matting in Beige 1153 with regular vacuuming to remove loose dirt and debris from the entrance area. Frequent cleaning prevents grit from being compacted into the structured fibre and reduces the amount of soil transferred to adjoining flooring.
Deal with spills quickly by blotting them with a clean, dry cloth. If further cleaning is needed, choose a product intended for polypropylene entrance matting and use it as directed. Avoid soaking the material or using abrasive pads, bleach, solvents and steam-cleaning equipment.
For high-traffic entrances, include periodic deep cleaning in the maintenance programme. Inspect edges and floor junctions at the same time so any lifting, wear or damage can be addressed early.
