Vanguard Arden Living 7mm Laminate offers an affordable wood-effect floor for everyday rooms. The range uses classic plank proportions and a choice of natural oak and timber tones, making it easy to create a warm, coordinated look in bedrooms, lounges, dining spaces and home offices.
Rated for Class 31 light-commercial use, it is a practical option for active homes as well as lighter-use commercial settings. Each pack contains ten planks and covers 2.49m², giving a straightforward solution for planned refurbishment and flooring updates.
Prepare the subfloor so it is clean, dry, sound, level and free from dust, debris and other irregularities before installation. Install a suitable laminate underlay, such as an appropriate Vanguard underlay, and lay the planks as a floating floor in accordance with the manufacturer’s fitting instructions. Allow the flooring to acclimatise as recommended, maintain the required expansion gaps around walls and fixed objects, and stagger end joints between rows to provide a stable installation. Vanguard Arden Living 7mm Laminate is designed for residential and light commercial use and requires regular cleaning to maintain its appearance and performance. Vacuum or sweep regularly to remove dust and loose dirt, and clean with a lightly damp, well-wrung mop using a laminate-safe cleaning product. Avoid excessive water, steam cleaning and abrasive products, and wipe up spills promptly. Use suitable protective pads beneath furniture and avoid dragging heavy items across the floor.
