Styccobond F47 is a solvent-free acrylic polymer emulsion adhesive designed for securing sheet vinyl floor coverings to STOPGAP ISOLATOR MEMBRANE, provided the Relative Humidity (RH) of the subfloor does not exceed 92%. This adhesive forms a permanently tacky film upon drying and offers excellent resistance to plasticizers, making it well-suited for use with standard underfloor heating systems.
For conditions where the RH of the subfloor exceeds 92%, or if mechanical fixings are required to penetrate both the adhesive film and the membrane, Styccobond F84 should be used instead. For guidance on other subfloor types, please consult our Technical Service Department.
