CFS Elements Commercial Vinyl Sheet offers the look of natural wood and stone in a practical, easy-to-maintain sheet vinyl floor. The range includes realistic timber, herringbone and stone-effect designs, making it a versatile choice for interiors that need a smart finish without the upkeep associated with natural materials.
With a 0.5 mm wear layer and a Class 33 heavy-commercial rating, Elements is made for busy spaces. Its R10 slip-resistance rating offers added underfoot reassurance, while the 2 mm construction provides a durable, comfortable surface for regular daily use.
Because it comes in sheet form, CFS Elements creates a clean, continuous floor with fewer joins than tile or plank products. It is suitable for commercial areas, busy households and refurbishment projects where appearance, durability and straightforward cleaning are all important.
Allow the vinyl sheet to acclimatise in the installation area before fitting. The subfloor must be smooth, dry, clean and structurally sound, as imperfections and contaminants may show through or affect adhesion.
Check moisture levels and prepare the substrate with the appropriate smoothing compound, primer or damp-proof system where required. Plan sheet positions and seam locations before adhesive application, allowing for accurate pattern matching and perimeter cutting.
Use an adhesive recommended for PVC sheet vinyl and the specific subfloor. Apply it evenly in accordance with the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions, lay the sheet into the adhesive within the correct working time and roll the surface thoroughly to remove trapped air and achieve an even bond.
Cut seams neatly and finish them using the method specified for the project, particularly in areas where hygiene or water resistance is important. Use suitable trims at doorways and exposed edges. Compatible underfloor heating systems should not exceed 27°C at the adhesive line.

Sweep or vacuum CFS Elements regularly to remove loose grit, then clean with a damp mop and a neutral vinyl-floor cleaner. Wipe up spills promptly and avoid leaving standing water on seams or exposed edges.
Do not use abrasive pads, steam cleaners, strong solvents or harsh alkaline products, as these can damage the surface and affect its appearance. Place protective glides beneath furniture and use entrance matting to reduce tracked-in dirt and wear.
For commercial settings, use a regular maintenance programme that reflects the level of footfall. Clean wheels on movable furniture and equipment before use, and avoid dragging heavy items across the floor.
