Balta Sublime is a soft, deep saxony carpet created for spaces where comfort comes first. Its 13mm pile gives it a plush, inviting finish underfoot, while the smooth plain styling and modern colour palette make it easy to bring a relaxed, polished look to the room.
Made from 100% polypropylene, Sublime is practical as well as comfortable. The fibres are easy to maintain and the dual backing gives the carpet a stable, quality feel. It is best suited to light domestic spaces, where you can enjoy its softness and luxurious texture every day.
Allow the carpet to acclimatise in the room before fitting. Prepare the subfloor so it is dry, level, clean and structurally sound, with any loose material, sharp imperfections or uneven areas addressed beforehand.
Balta Sublime has a dual backing and is intended for stretch fitting with suitable gripper and a quality carpet underlay. Install the underlay neatly with well-secured joins, then stretch the carpet evenly to achieve a smooth, secure finish without ripples.
Trim carefully around walls, door frames and thresholds, and use suitable edging trims where required. Where underfloor heating is present, check that the system and chosen underlay are compatible with carpet installation, and follow the flooring manufacturer’s latest guidance throughout.

Vacuum Balta Sublime regularly to remove everyday dust and grit from its deep Saxony pile. Use the vacuum setting recommended for cut-pile carpets, avoiding an overly aggressive brush action that could affect the surface texture.
Deal with spills promptly by blotting with a clean, white absorbent cloth. Do not rub the area, as this may push the spill further into the fibres. Use a carpet-cleaning product suitable for polypropylene carpet, following its directions carefully and testing first in an inconspicuous spot.
For more established marks or a whole-room refresh, use a professional carpet-cleaning service or an appropriate carpet-cleaning machine. Allow the carpet to dry fully before returning furniture or normal foot traffic.
