Its 2.8mm construction and 0.4mm wear layer make it a strong option for regularly used family spaces, while the choice of wood, parquet, stone and tile effects offers plenty of styling flexibility.
With a Class 23 heavy-domestic rating, R10 slip resistance and 16dB impact-sound reduction, Cozitex Deluxe balances practical everyday performance with a comfortable finish. It is a useful choice for renovation projects where a smart, easy-care floor is required without the cost or build-up of a rigid floor covering.
Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, sound, smooth and suitably prepared before installation, removing dust, grease and any loose material. Cozitex Deluxe has a felt backing and can be installed by a competent flooring professional using a suitable installation method and compatible adhesive where required. Carefully measure and cut the vinyl, ensuring seams and edges are properly secured and the material is installed without creases, trapped air or excessive tension. The flooring is 2.8mm thick with a 0.4mm wear layer, 17dB impact-noise reduction, R10 slip resistance and is suitable for underfloor heating when installed in accordance with the relevant requirements. It is available in 2m, 3m and 4m widths and is classified Class 23 Heavy Domestic and Class 31 Light Commercial. Always follow the latest manufacturer’s installation instructions before fitting.

Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dust and loose dirt, then clean with a lightly damp mop and a suitable vinyl floor cleaning product. Wipe up spills promptly and avoid abrasive cleaners, excessive water, steam cleaning and sharp objects that could damage the surface. Use suitable protective pads beneath furniture and avoid dragging heavy items across the floor.
