Fit SO100P to a clean, dry and sound wall surface after the floorcovering has been installed. Use a suitable adhesive and ensure the profile sits firmly against both wall and floor to achieve a neat, durable finish.
Gradus SO100P is a flexible black PVC sit-on skirting designed to give hard floor finishes a clean, completed edge at the wall. It sits over the finished floorcovering, making it a practical way to create a smart skirting detail without a fully welded set-in system.
At 100 mm high, this P Range profile gives good wall-edge coverage in commercial spaces. Its flexible construction helps it follow slight wall irregularities, while the 2 mm PVC material is straightforward to clean and maintain.
SO100P can be fitted over most hard floorcoverings and is supplied in a 2 metre length. It is particularly useful for schools, offices, retail spaces and other non-critical clean environments where a simple, professional finish is required.
Gradus SO100P is a black, flexible PVC sit-on skirting with a 100mm height and 19mm foot. It is designed for internal use and can be fitted over most hard floorcoverings to form a neat skirting and floor-edge finish.
Install the finished hard flooring first, ensuring the perimeter is clean, dry and fully bonded. Prepare the wall surface so it is smooth, sound and free from dust, grease, loose paint or other contamination that could affect adhesion.
Measure the wall runs and cut the 2m lengths accurately, allowing for corners, door frames and joins. Dry-fit the skirting before bonding to check that the profile sits level and that its foot rests evenly over the flooring.
Use an adhesive compatible with the PVC skirting, wall substrate and existing floorcovering. Press the profile firmly into place along the full length, taking care to keep the upper edge straight and the foot in consistent contact with the floor. Leave the adhesive to cure before cleaning or allowing traffic close to the skirting.

The SO100P should be cleaned alongside the finished hard floor. Use a soft cloth or mop and a neutral cleaner to keep the skirting and the floor edge free from routine dust and soil.
Avoid abrasive pads, strong solvents and concentrated chemical cleaners. Check the lower lip and wall bond periodically, especially at corners and joins, to make sure the profile remains flush to the floor and securely attached.
