Polyflor Expona EnCore Rigid Loc PUR is an interlocking wood-effect LVT designed for projects that need a quick, practical installation without giving up a premium commercial finish. Its rigid plank construction and 5Gi locking system allow the boards to click together securely, making it well suited to refurbishment work and spaces where downtime needs to be kept to a minimum.
The collection features twelve authentic oak and ash-inspired designs, each with a textured wood appearance and micro bevel. An integrated 1mm IXPE acoustic layer adds comfort underfoot and provides 19dB impact sound reduction, so a separate underlay is not required.
With a 0.55mm wear layer and Class 34 heavy commercial performance rating, Expona EnCore Rigid Loc is made for demanding workspaces, retail areas and busy homes. It may be installed over suitable existing subfloors when they meet Polyflor’s preparation requirements.

Maintain Expona EnCore Rigid Loc LVT by removing loose dirt and grit regularly with a soft brush, dry mop or vacuum cleaner fitted with a hard-floor attachment. Entrance areas should receive particular attention, as debris can gradually affect the surface appearance.
Use a damp mop and a neutral cleaner suitable for vinyl flooring for routine cleaning. Wipe up spills promptly and avoid abrasive pads, steam cleaners, solvent-based products and harsh chemicals.
Install effective barrier matting at entrances and use furniture pads or protective cups beneath concentrated loads. Lift heavy items where possible rather than dragging them across the floor.
