Delivery Information

We want your flooring delivery to run as smoothly as possible. This page explains how to prepare, what to check when your order arrives and why inspection before fitting is essential.

Planning your delivery

Flooring is often heavier and bulkier than standard online orders. Before checkout, make sure your delivery address, postcode, phone number and access information are correct. If your property has restricted access, limited parking, stairs, lifts or narrow roads, contact us before ordering.

Delivery charges and lead times can vary by product, order value and location. Review the delivery information shown at checkout and contact Casa Flooring if you need clarification before placing your order.

Receiving your flooring

Arrange for someone to receive the delivery where required. Check the packaging for visible damage and confirm the products and quantities match your order details.

Move flooring indoors as soon as possible and store it in a clean, dry place according to the product instructions. Do not leave products exposed to rain, damp or extreme temperatures.

Inspect before fitting

Always inspect colour, batch, condition and quantity before fitting. If there is a problem, stop and contact Casa Flooring with photographs and your order number.

Do not install flooring you believe is incorrect, damaged or faulty. Once a product has been fitted, it can be more difficult to resolve issues that should have been reported before installation.
